We've Come A Long Way, Baby...

But we haven't come far enough.

In a senatorial debate in Massachusetts earlier this week, a questioner at the debate pointed out that Senator Scott Brown posed nude for Cosmopolitan to pay his law school tuition, and then asked how Ms. Warren paid her way through school. She responded by saying: "I kept my clothes on. I borrowed money."

Yesterday morning, on a radio talk show, Sen. Brown was asked for a formal comment regarding Elizabeth Warren's statement during the debate and he had a two word response: "Thank God."

With those two words, Sen. Brown was able to insult Elizabeth Warren and women everywhere by insinuating that Warren isn't attractive enough to be photographed nude. Not only was his response incredibly hurtful, but it was blatantly sexist.

But what else would you expect from a man who publicly embarrassed his daughters at a campaign rally by announcing they were "available."
