Ready to Hibernate

It's getting colder. Temperatures at night are dipping down into the 30's and we've moved my tropical plants into the garage for the winter.

Joe is growing his winter coat and it's not pretty. He looks like a old wino who's been sleeping in someone's doorway because he couldn't find his way home. In spite of a brushing every single night, which he hates from the bottom of his raggedy soul I might add, by the next morning he still looks like he tied one on and got into a wrestling match he's already forgotten...

Maybe after he's had a cup of coffee and a shave, he'll look like a new dog.
